Dear Anurag, I will cover joins in chapter 4 - I will definitely say a few words about memory there. Please don't expect this chapter to be published in the next 2 month - I am just finishing "The Where Clause" :) UPDATE: The hash join section was already published, containing info about memory: Hash join and partial objects I am writing, and publishing, the material as outlined in the preface.
